OPTIMALRX SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are dispatched by contract courier companies. We use the best available couriers but cannot guarantee short delivery times so please ensure you allow an extra half day whenever possible.

Delivery delays may be experienced due to high volume of customer orders, especially at peak times such as beginning of month, Christmas, after public holidays or due to unforeseen courier demands.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

PLEASE NOTE: This guide applies at normal times but may exclude peak periods and other unscheduled delays relating to extreme weather, traffic, roadworks, courier drivers etc.

ALL CUSTOMERS: Delivery may occur between 8:15am – 6:00pm. All couriers require a signature at the time of delivery (unless instructed otherwise – please see below). If no-one will be available to accept delivery all day please nominate a nearby address (e.g. neighbour or nearby business) where the delivery can be accepted and signed for by someone you have authorised to do so on your behalf.

When placing your order you may, entirely at your risk, request the courier to leave your delivery in a nominated place without a signature.

PLEASE NOTE: OptimalRx is not responsible for any loss, damage or theft resulting from goods being left unattended at or near premises. In all cases you agree to pay for goods that the courier states in writing have been delivered to the address that you have nominated.

PICK-UP ORDERS

Orders can be collected from our reception at 93-97 Merrindale Drive, Croydon South, VIC 3136, during the following hours (Pick-up via glass double doors): Mon - Fri 10:00am – 4:00 pm.

This is a collection service only. Orders cannot be placed and collated while you wait. Please allow 3 hours from the time of order placement for your goods to be collated and invoiced prior to collection, and please also advise the customer service member of your intended collection time. Payment must be arranged at the time of order and finalised prior to pick-up to ensure efficient processing. Eftpos and cash payment are not available.

FREIGHT CHARGES

All orders over $320 ex GST are FREIGHT FREE (to Australian Mainland delivery addresses only, some remote locations). A remote location surcharge may apply to some areas. Otherwise, freight charges will be applied by customer service as follows:

  • All areas: $22.00 ex GST
  • Point-to-Point delivery times available within Melbourne metro areas by agreement.

*A remote location freight surcharge may apply to some customers in remote areas. Our customer service staff will advise if this surcharge applies. Â
